Awakenings Dance Camp is Coming Soon!

Our first series of 2015 is aimed at providing Special Populations with the opportunity to attend a week of dance camp that is catered especially for them. During camp they will be given tools to increase creativity, choice making, agility, confidence, expression, team building, Independence, self-calming techniques, and of-course fun with new friends! This camp is open to anyone on the spectrum, Downs Syndrome, Developmentally delayed, etc.

This is more of a creative movement class geared towards special populations of all backgrounds and ages. We will focus on basic movement patterns, eye tracking, Rhythmic movement therapy, creativity, group readiness, and finding each and everyone's unique individual voice! Everyone has something to bring to the table! This class is not about dance technique! It is about having the freedom to be!
